CITY OF MARINETTE, WISCONSIN
NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON PROPOSED AMENDMENTS TO MARINETTE MUNICIPAL CODE TO IMPLEMENT ADDITIONAL SLOW-NO-WAKE ZONES IN THE MENOMINEE RIVER,
TO-WIT: 1) IN MENEKAUNEE HARBOR; AND 2) IN THE SOUTH CHANNEL FROM THE 6TH STREET BOAT LAUNCH TO OGDEN STREET, IN THE CITY OF MARINETTE, WISCONSIN

Pursuant to Wisconsin Statutes Section 30.77, the City of Marinette Common Council Commission will hold a public hearing on Monday, April 18, 2016 at 6:00 p.m. in the Common Council Chambers, Marinette City Hall, 1905 Hall Avenue, Marinette, Wisconsin, for the purpose of receiving public comment upon a proposed amended ordinance to implement additional slow-no-wake zones in the Menominee River, to-wit: 1) in Menekaunee Harbor; and 2) in the South Channel from the 6th Street Boat Launch to Ogden Street, in the City of Marinette, Wisconsin.

Following the public hearing, the City of Marinette Common Council will vote on the proposed amended ordinance to implement additional slow-no-wake zones in the Menominee River, to-wit: 1) in Menekaunee Harbor; and 2) in the South Channel from the 6th Street Boat Launch to Ogden Street, in the City of Marinette, Wisconsin.

A quorum of the Common Council, and/or standing committees and/or other committees may be present.
