Mission

The City Clerk's office is dedicated to represent democracy by ensuring the integrity of open government and the election process by enhancing open, fair impartial and trusted government. The Office of the Clerk has the fiduciary responsibility to collect, record, and deposit all government receipts.

Administrative Responsibility

The office also has the administrative responsibility for elections, licensing, managing the records of the Common Council, and dissemination of general information to customers.
