The Marinette Fire Department is asking that residents once again "Adopt-A-Hydrant" in their neighborhood and keep it clear of snow to the street. This will save us valuable time in the event of a fire emergency.

Residents are also reminded to make sure their chimneys are clean and clear and that snow is kept clear of furnace vents that vent out the side of structures. This will help prevent dangerous Carbon Monoxide build up in homes. Make sure you have working smoke and Carbon Monoxide detectors in your residence, it is State Law. Please give us a call at 715-732-5178 if you have any questions or concerns.
