Skypainter Fireworks LLC creates and displays fireworks year round, in Wisconsin and Minnesota, using movable platforms. The platforms float on water and can be used on land. The displays are fired electronically and manually using 2.5 to 8 inch mortars as well as 1.4 and 1.3 cakes. In addition, ground displays designed to glow in the dark can be made for special occasions. Skypainter has performed display shows ranging in cost from $1,000 to $25,000. Liability insurance is provided in the amount of $1,000,000. Shows can be choreographed to the music of your choice.

All operators have completed an approved shooters safety training course and have obtained certification for the handling and ignition of fireworks. Tom Spranger also holds an operator certification from the State of Minnesota. All personnel are covered by Workers Compensation Insurance approved by the State of Wisconsin. Safety is the main concern, of the Skypainter personnel, and all shoot sites are carefully examined prior to final designing of the show. We follow the Wisconsin Statues 167.10, National Fireman's Protective Association (NFPA) 1123, 1124, 1126 recommendations, and DOT regulations.
Skypainter obtains fireworks and accessories from Spielbauer Fireworks Company, Inc., the oldest supplier of fireworks in Wisconsin. We use fireworks manufactured in the USA as well as several other countries. We pride our displays as shows, not just fireworks in the sky. With the use of electronic ignition, we can time the burst of each individual shell, so the viewer can enjoy the beauty of each type of pyrotechnic.
