Marinette’s “Logging & Heritage Festival” is a non-profit event run by volunteers. Donations for the festival go to pay for expenses such as live entertainment, children’s activities, tents, advertising, etc. The City of Marinette pays for the Fireworks display. The festival is also a vehicle for many non-profit groups from the surrounding areas to raise money for their respective causes. The City thanks all volunteers and the businesses providing donations for this event.
